ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival Delhi: Assistance upon arrival at Delhi airport then transfer to the hotel. Having arrived check in at hotel and overnight stay.
Day 2: In Delhi: Today morning after breakfast full day sightseeing tour of Delhi visiting Red Fort, Jama Masjid and spice market in old Delhi then visit New Delhi in the afternoon visiting Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb and Laxmi Narayan Temple etc. New Delhi was once called Lutyens’ Delhi; British architect, Sir Edward Lutyens, designed it. Later in the day enjoy drive past monuments of national significance such as President’s House, Parliament House and India Gate. There is overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3: Delhi / Mandawa: (6 hrs drive): Today morning after breakfast transfer to Mandawa. Mandawa city is renowned for old Havelis dating back to historical age of royals. Having arrived check in at the hotel, relaxation for some time then explore old Havelis. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4: Mandawa / Jaipur: (3.5 hrs drive): Today morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan, popularly known as the Pink City. Having arrived check in at hotel and relaxation for some time then sight seeing for the rest of the day visiting nearby sites. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5: In Jaipur: Today morning after breakfast full day guided sight seeing trip of Jaipur visiting Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal (wind palace), Jantar Mantar (observatory) and City Palace etc. Amber (Amer) fort was built in 1592 under the reign of Raja Man Singh and was later modified by successive rulers for next 150 years. Today the structure stands with its beautifully carved ceilings, intricate patterns and stunning designs. There is overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 6: Jaipur / Agra via Fatehpur Sikri: (5.5 hrs drive): Today morning after breakfast transfer to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri on the way. Having arrived check in at hotel and relaxation for some time then The Taj Mahal. Evening at leisure. There is overnight stay in Agra.
Day 7: Agra / Delhi: (4.5 hrs drive): Today morning after breakfast visit Agra Fort and tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah etc if time permits then transfer to Delhi International airport to board flight back home. The trip ends.
